PROBATION PERIOD

A job is a long term commitment so it makes sense to start with a probation period, as laid out in your contract. This is when we both figure out if we’re going to make things permanent. The length of this engagement is set out in your contract, it gives you time to decide if you’re happy as a Tracklementeer and us time to decide if you’re right for the role. During this time you will have regular discussions with your Manager.
