We take your health and safety at work extremely seriously so we ask that you read the following section very carefully and comply fully with our Safety policy and procedure. Your manager will give you information regarding specific health and safety issues relevant to your job when you become a Tracklementeer.

Please speak to your manager immediately if you are aware of a hazard or believe your health and safety to be at risk.

Tracklements observe the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all relevant regulations and codes of practice made under it from time to time. We take into account any recommendations made by the Health and Safety Executive with regard to health and safety issues and where appropriate will liaise with the Health and Safety Executive on particular health and safety issues which are of particular relevance to the Company.

Tracklements will ensure that you have a safe and healthy working environment. You will be given the necessary health & safety training as required.

Further information about your individual responsibility is outlined in the company Health & Safety Policy Statement which is displayed on the staff noticeboard in the canteen.

Tracklements will conduct its undertaking in such a way as to ensure, so far as it is reasonably practicable, that persons not in its employment who may be affected are not exposed to risks to their health and safety. Where such risks exist, information will be provided, and all reasonable steps will be taken to bring this to the attention of its employees.

Tracklements will provide free eye and eyesight tests for users of VDU Equipment. The cost of this can be claimed back through our Company health care plan, providing a valid receipt is provided.  If you choose not to be a part of this plan then please provide a receipt to your manager for reimbursement.

You are required to take all reasonable steps to safeguard your health and safety, and that of any other person who may be affected by your actions, and to observe at all times published safety and fire rules and procedures.
