CODE OF CONDUCT & EXPECTATIONS
We have a guiding principle to behave as good citizens, even if no one is watching. Hopefully, there is no doubt about what this means, but just a few guidelines:
You should be on your best behaviour at work and always be polite and friendly. Be considerate and honest. As a business we have a reputation for integrity, trustworthiness and high ethical standards and it’s important you maintain this and don’t do anything to harm Tracklements. We are a friendly, punctual, and polite crew and we ask that you are too.
“... we have a reputation for integrity, trustworthiness and high ethical standards & it’s important you maintain this...”
We often invite the press, customers, suppliers, and guests around the factory. We want to be proud to ask them to chat to you and you to be proud of where you work so we all do our best to keep ourselves and our working environment tidy and presentable. It’s important that we are all courteous and that we have a neat and clean appearance. It is a requirement of Tracklements that you wear clothes and footwear that are appropriate for the work that you perform.
You are also expected to maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and have proper consideration for your fellow workers in this respect.
