PROFIT SHARE
We believe that all stakeholders in the business should share in the success of the business and that everyone who helps create the profit should get a share. So, each year a percentage of the profit will be distributed directly back to employees assuming that we hit our financial targets. Profit share is paid on a pro rata basis so that it is paid for the months you have been employed by Tracklements.
PENSION
Everyone qualifying will be auto enrolled into the Tracklements stakeholder pension. Tracklements contributes 5% of your salary and by law you are obliged to contribute 4% you have the option to contribute more if you wish. If you would like further information about your pension, please speak to the Head of Finance.
HEALTHCARE
Tracklements invests in a healthcare plan for all Tracklementeers. This gives you money back on routine dental treatments, eye tests, specialists consultations, physio, and many more treatments. For more information, please talk to your manager.
HEALTH CHECKS
In recognition that everyone does their best when they feel at their best, Tracklements provides free annual healthchecks for all employees on a voluntary basis. Details will be displayed on the noticeboards of when checks will be held.
LIFE ASSURANCE
Tracklements has a Life Assurance policy which means that, after successful completion of your probation, should you die whilst in the employment of Tracklements, your nominated recipient will receive a lump sum equivalent to x4 your annual salary.
INCOME COVER
If you are signed off work due to illness on long-term sickness, Tracklements has an income protection policy which, if you qualify, will provide an income of 50% of your salary for up to a maximum of 60 months (5 years), or to state pension age.
PRODUCT DISCOUNT
Tracklements offers a generous discount on its products to all employees regardless of length of service. For further details, please enquire at the on-site shop.
LONG SERVICE
We pride ourselves on the number of people who’ve been with Tracklements for many years. In addition to our long service entitlement, we also recognise 10-year anniversaries with a token of our appreciation.

CHARITY DAYS
We encourage everyone to spend a day a year volunteering for a charity. All that we ask is that you provide us with the charity’s registered number and some photos of you on the day to share with the team. For more details ask the charity team.
