HOURS OF WORK
Your normal hours of work are detailed in your Contract. In order to help maintain optimum service levels you may on occasion, be required to work additional hours from time to time. Further details are contained in your Contract.
Please ensure that you are punctual for work and follow all timekeeping and absence procedures. Regular lateness or absence puts other team members who have to cover under an unnecessary burden and may result in disciplinary proceedings.
It is important you use the clocking in system to ensure you're paid accurately if you're paid hourly.
