It is non-contractual in its nature and may be amended from time to time. It should be read alongside your Contract of Employment. Additional, new or revised rules, policies and procedures may be issued at any time separate to this Handbook and it is all our responsibility to observe and adhere to these. This Handbook is designed to inform and help you, however if you have any questions then your first point of contact is your manager who is here to support you and give you the opportunity to do an outstanding job, to help you feel part of the Tracklements family, to look after your wellbeing and make your work and workplace as enjoyable as possible.
